40: Ciara Gutierrez

This week we talked with Ciara Gutierrez, a blue belt training out of North Coast Jiu Jitsu. Ciara brings a brightness to the gym, and we are lucky to have her with us! She shares her experience with sign language, multiple gyms, and life on the move over the past few years.
